We plan to use AL6061 for the metal material. IS this OK? What other materials are available? ==>Al6061 is ok to us, but which is a “flex” aluminum material, but it will be much easy in the manufacturing process if you can use AL2024 which is a rigid material with it’s Rigidity(hardness) value up to … Continued
Do you have standard metal thickness that we need to obey or, If we want to have an exact metal thickness of 1.2mm is this doable on your side. The thickness is not finalized can be 1.2 or 1.4mm for instance. ==>No standard thickness, it would be ok as long as your thickness >= 0.65mm. … Continued
We have engineering experienced engineer to use advanced PCB Gerber check software Genesis and Inplan from Orbotech Ltd to check customer’s Gerber file.So DFM review is our regular work to all customer’s orders. And we will issue DFM report if we find any design issues. We will start production until everything confirmed.
In China, there are many PCB shops provide PCB prototype manufacturing service with 5USD including shipping cost. But Weller cannot provide this type of this cost as PCB is a core component for PCB assembly, there would be a big loss to customer once the final assembled circuit board failure due to the incorrect PCB … Continued
Sorry taconics material is not OK as it is a soft feature material which can be randomly “expanded” by filled copper.
Sorry, we cannot do via filled to Rogers material, as Rogers material is too fragile, which is easy to be expanded to be “broken” by filling copper; 5mm metal back plate is ok
Yes,but the PCB final thickness (Rogers4350+copper plate base less than 6.0mm),you can visit “PCB embedded copper coin” for more details.
We can do via fillings as: solder mask plugging; resin plugging, copper filling to via holes (Cu filled), Cearance is 8mil.
Yes,we can,but need two pcs of RO4350 core stacked each other together, minimum PCB thickness: 0.80mm.For illustration, please visit:RO4350 PCB with Cu coin embedded
PCB copper coin embedded is a perfect option to transmit the heat of the circuit board, but limited manufacturing capaiblity as below: Copper coin thickness: 0.8mm(min), 3.0mm(max), can be more thicker than 3.0mm. Copper coin size: 3.0 X 3.0mm (min), 400.00 X 300.00mm(max); Spacing copper coin to holes: 1.0mm; Spacing copper coin to track: 1.0mm(min).
