Position: Your Local Sales focus New Account Development

Essential Functions:
In this position you will be crucial in developing and implementing growth strategies for target markets and customers. Management of existing assigned accounts with a focus on relationships and new growth to optimize WELLER capabilities. Identify and pursue target customers that fit the goals for WELLER’s profile. Work to ensure a high degree of customer value and help drive and identify emerging markets and technology fit.

Responsibilities and expectations include, but are not limited to:
Working with WELLER as a sales representative for a circuit board manufacturer and SMT assembly will provide multiple rewarding opportunities for personal growth and development. With an average of a six-month sales cycle, you will work long-term with your customers and develop strong relationships and networks. Three-quarters of your time will be spent developing these relationships, and fellow team members will fully support you, providing the space to grow in your sales capabilities.
In addition to your professional growth in sales, you will be part of the industry responsible for the next generation of electronics development.
